The Scheduling Specialist will assist assigned facilities with staff scheduling support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Able to multitask and able to coordinate schedules on a daily basis
  • Ability to schedule 50-75 staff members daily
  • Must know how to prioritize and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times
  • Positive attitude
  • Help create a culture of superior customer service
  • Be a problem-solver
  • Must have 1 year scheduling experience in staffing agency
  • College degree preferred
  • Responsible for helping create and maintain staff schedules and shifts worked
  • Utilize the scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and changes
  • Competent of Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Communicate with facility and staff to fill open shifts and call-ins
  • Help create staffing patterns and templates to increase efficiency and staff satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with team members and operations leadership to facilitate staffing changes/adjustments
  • Assist with attendance and absence tracking
  • Assist with data collection for reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift 8am-5pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • No benefits at this time

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven experience as an outstanding team player
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
  • Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
  • Time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to organize and create orderly systems
  • Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • Clean criminal background check and able to pass a drug screening
  • at least 2 years' experience in administrative work.

Hours

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. (In office position)
