Tonya Brooks and Aundrea Chavis, founded Effinity Home care and Staffing Agency, LLC with the goal of improving the lives of their elderly and long term care community through quality dependable nursing care. Tonya and Aundrea are both registered nurses and have used their combined expertise and high standard for quality care and customer service to create a one of a kind agency. With the opening of their health care training school, Effinity Healthcare Training, LLC they have had the opportunity to train compassionate, committed and professional healthcare providers and wanted to provide them the opportunity to implement their skills to assist with per diem/contract staffing needs of the long term, rehab and assisted living facilities in their community once they have had a least 6 months of experience. They also begin noticing the need for qualified nurses and medication aides and wanted to be able to assist facilities with these needs as well.
